    Press and hold the CH1 or CH2 button on the neoHub Mini HW for 6 seconds to enter pairing mode. Then, on the neoAir, in the SETUP menu, complete the pairing process until the zone light on the hub turns off.

  • How can I factory reset my IMI HEIMEIER neoHub Mini?

    Press and hold the Power/Pair/Reset button on the device for 15 seconds. The status lights will flash, indicating that the reset functions have been completed.

  • What is the 'Creepage' function on the UH8-RF V2 wiring center?

    The Creepage function operates valves or pumps for 1 minute once every 24 hours if they have not been active. This prevents components from seizing during periods of inactivity, such as summer.

  • Can I control heating and hot water separately with the neoHub system?

    Yes. To control only heating, configure the neoAir in mode 1. To control hot water as well, configure the neoAir in mode 3 and pair it to CH1; the hot water output will automatically pair at the same time.
