Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device, take both M6 earbuds out of the charging case, and select 'WAS-M6' to finish pairing.
First, check the battery. A red light on the case indicates they need charging; a green light means they are fully charged. If they are charged, reset the earbuds by placing them in the case for 20 seconds, then take them out to reconnect.
Bring the earbuds closer to your mobile device to ensure there is no radio-frequency interference. If the issue persists, place the earbuds back into the charging case for 20 seconds, remove them, and attempt pairing again.
In Touch Mode, both people wear one earbud. Open the companion app, connect your earbuds, and tap your earbud to speak. The other person will hear the simultaneous translation in their earbud. Tap again to end the translation.
