3. Mode d'emploi

1. Ensure the pad is at room temperature.
2. Place the pad in the center of a microwave.
3. Heat for 1-2 minutes. Adjust heating time based on microwave wattage (e.g., 1200W: 45 seconds, 1000W: 1 minute, 800W: 1 minute 15 seconds, 600W: 1 minute 30 seconds).
4. If your microwave does not have a turntable, rotate the pad 90 degrees halfway through the heating time.
5. Test the pad prior to use. If it is too hot, allow to cool to desired temperature.
6. Place the heated pad on the desired area and secure with the integrated strap.

If the pad does not reach the desired temperature after heating, check your microwave's wattage and adjust heating time accordingly. If the pad becomes too hot, allow it to cool before application. If swelling of the pad is observed while heating, turn off the microwave immediately and wait for swelling to go down before opening the oven.
