Enter the camera's IP address (default is often 192.168.1.108 or 192.168.1.64) into a web browser. Ensure your computer is on the same network segment.
If the default IP (e.g., 192.168.1.64) is not accessible, your network may be on a different segment. Use the 'SADP' or 'ConfigTool' software to search for the camera and modify its IP address to match your network.
You can reset the password via the 'Forgot Password' link in the web interface or mobile app (like DMSS or Hik-Connect). Alternatively, open the SD card slot cover and press and hold the physical reset button for 15 seconds.
