To access the setup page, connect your phone or computer to the extender's wireless network (usually named something like 'WiFi Extender'). Then, open a web browser and enter '192.168.168.1' or the IP address indicated in your manual into the address bar to open the management portal.
Ensure the router is powered on, then use a pin to press and hold the 'Reset' button (often located inside a tiny hole) for 8 to 10 seconds. Wait for the system indicators to flash or the device to restart, indicating that the factory settings have been restored.
Failed connections frequently happen from entering the incorrect Wi-Fi password for your main router. Verify the password during setup. If it still fails, the repeater may be out of range; move it closer to your main router, reset the device, and try the configuration again.
