To initiate a warranty claim, contact PME at info@pme.com to obtain an RMA number within the applicable warranty period. The RMA number and contact information must be included with the returned product.
Most PME loggers, such as the miniDOT and C-Sense, are set to a default recording interval of 10 minutes. This can be adjusted using the provided control software to anywhere between 1 and 60 minutes.
Connect the logger to a host computer via USB. The logger will appear as a 'thumb drive', and recorded measurement files can be copied directly from the device folder.
PME loggers come with built-in Java-based software programs (Control, Plot, and Concatenate) located on the device's storage. These allow you to change settings, view plots, and combine daily files.
