Remove the handlebars and use an Allen key to tighten the compression bolt clockwise until you feel pressure. Do not overtighten, as you want the forks to still spin freely without damaging the headset.
Use a 6mm Allen key to remove your wheels. Wipe away dirt with a damp cloth, place 3 to 4 drops of bicycle bearing oil directly on the bearing covers, and allow it to sink in. Replace the bearings if the wheels still do not spin freely.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for the original owner in the first two years of purchase. It does not cover wear and tear, improper assembly, careless handling, or modifications.
