You can test the hearing loop system using a Contacta loop listener. Ensure the loop listener has fresh batteries to confirm the magnetic field is functioning properly.
A solid red LED indicator on the Volume In or Volume Out bar typically indicates a fault with the connected microphone, either on the staff or customer side. Ensure the microphone is wired correctly and securely plugged in.
Cycle the power by switching it off and on at the mains socket, then within 20 seconds, simultaneously press and release the Settings button, Volume In increase button, and Volume Out increase button.
