Step 1: Assemble the Foundation

1. Unpack all components and lay them out, identifying each piece by its number.
2. Connect foundation pieces (e.g., Piece 1 and Piece 2) using the designated fasteners (e.g., Fastener 42). Ensure the door wheel trough is correctly oriented.

Step 2: Construct the Back Wall

1. Attach the vertical support pieces (e.g., 5A and 5B) to the foundation corners.
2. Install the middle vertical supports (e.g., 14 and 15) using appropriate fasteners (e.g., 42B).
3. Secure the diagonal braces (e.g., 29) to the vertical supports and foundation using fasteners (e.g., 41).
4. Slide the polycarbonate panels (e.g., C panels) into the frame grooves and secure them with the top horizontal pieces (e.g., 20) and fasteners (e.g., 42B).
5. Install the triangular top panels (e.g., E and F) for the back wall.

Step 3: Construct the Front Wall

1. Repeat the process from Step 2 for the front wall, ensuring the door frame is correctly positioned.
2. Assemble the top frame pieces (e.g., 10, 11, 34, 33A/B) using fasteners (e.g., 42) and attach them to the front wall.

Step 4: Assemble the Side Walls

1. Combine side wall channel pieces (e.g., 6 and 7) to create longer sections.
2. Install these side wall channels to connect the front and back walls.

Step 5: Install the Roof Panels and Skylights

1. Assemble the top window frame (e.g., 23A, 23B) using fasteners (e.g., 42A).
2. Slide the window panel (e.g., 30) into the assembled frame.
3. Attach the center piece for the window (e.g., 34) to the roof structure.
4. Slide the main roof polycarbonate panels (e.g., B panels) into place and secure them with the horizontal pieces (e.g., 17).
5. Install the remaining roof support pieces (e.g., 18A, 18B, 22) to frame the skylight opening.

Step 6: Install the Gutter System and Door

1. Attach the side piece, which also functions as the gutter, to the roof edge.
2. Assemble the door frame (e.g., 25, 27A/B, 28) and insert the polycarbonate panels (e.g., G panels).
3. Install the door by sliding its wheels into the designated track at the base of the greenhouse.
4. Attach the door stopper (e.g., 36) to prevent the door from coming off the track.
5. Install the ground hooks (stakes) to secure the greenhouse against wind.

• The greenhouse features a 2-sided sliding door. It can be opened from both the inside and outside.
• To open, slide the door along its track. To close, slide it back until it meets the frame.
• Use the integrated lock to secure the door when not in use.

Skylight Adjustment

• The adjustable skylights allow for natural light penetration and ventilation.
• To open, push the skylight outwards and secure it at the desired angle using the adjustment arm.
• Adjusting the skylights helps vent hot air, prevent overheating, and reduce humidity, maintaining an optimal environment for plant growth.
