4. Installation

The Lifelong Under Desk Elliptical Machine comes fully assembled and ready for use.

1. Unpack the elliptical trainer from its packaging.
2. Place the elliptical on a flat, stable surface in your desired exercise location. Ensure there is enough space around the device for comfortable movement.

3. Appuyez sur le POUVOIR button on the remote control or the main unit to turn on the device. The LCD display will illuminate.

The included remote control allows you to adjust settings without bending down.
