2. Configuration et installation
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance of your SESAME Face Pro Smart Lock. Follow these steps carefully.
2.1 Déballage et composants

2.3 Installation étape par étape
- Nettoyer la surface : Before attaching, thoroughly clean the installation surface of the door with a cleaning wipe or neutral detergent to remove dust and dirt.
- Select Thumb-Turn Holder: Use the size guide card to measure the thickness of your door's thumb-turn and select the appropriate holder (S, M, or L). M and L size holders are pre-installed on the Lock Ultra.
- Attach Height Adjustment Case (if needed): If your door requires height adjustment, attach the base plate to the main unit using the provided screws. Then, align the height adjustment case with the base plate. Do not overtighten screws at this stage.
- Determine Installation Position (Temporary Attachment): Do not peel off the double-sided tape yet. Temporarily attach the SESAME Face Pro to the door, ensuring it is parallel to the door and does not interfere with the door lock's movable parts (e.g., doorknob). Pull out the height adjustment case to align it if necessary. Remember the screw positions for the height adjustment case.
- Secure Height Adjustment Case: Based on the remembered screw positions, firmly tighten the 4 screws on the side of the main unit to secure the height adjustment case.
- Final Attachment of SESAME Face Pro: Peel off the double-sided tape from the back of the unit. Align it with the mark sheet (if used) and firmly press the unit onto the door. After attachment, press firmly for at least 1 minute to ensure it is securely fixed. Verify that the lock can smoothly lock and unlock. If not, fine-tune the position of the Lock Ultra. Ensure there is no gap between the Lock Ultra and the door.
