- Espace requis : The lift unit has dimensions of 14.7 x 14.7 x 3.7 inches. Ensure you have sufficient space in your ceiling or attic for installation.
- Support structurel : The ceiling or mounting structure must be robust enough to support the combined weight of the lift (27.5 lbs) and your chandelier (up to 220 lbs).

- Attic Access: If you have attic space, the lift can be installed above the ceiling joists. Wooden blocks can be used as supports/carriers, placed above the ceiling joists and secured with L-shaped angle iron brackets.
- No Attic Space: If attic space is not available, the lift will need to be installed below the ceiling joists. In this scenario, a decorative cover (purchased separately) will be required to conceal the unit.
