1. Introduction

The ECOELER Motion Sensor Dimmer Switch provides convenient, hands-free lighting control with adjustable settings for various environments. This device integrates a motion sensor and an ambient light sensor to automate lighting based on presence and light levels, while also offering dimming capabilities for compatible bulbs. It is designed for single-pole circuits and requires a neutral wire for installation.

6. Installation

Follow these steps carefully to install your ECOELER Motion Sensor Dimmer Switch. Ensure power is OFF before beginning.

6.1 Pré-installation

1. Couper l'alimentation : Locate your circuit breaker or fuse box and turn off the power to the switch location. Verify power is off using a voltage testeur.
2. Retirer l'ancien interrupteur : Unscrew and carefully remove the existing wall plate and switch from the electrical box. Do not disconnect wires yet.
3. Identifier les fils : Identify the following wires in your electrical box:
   • Fil conducteur sous tension (ligne) : Transporte l'énergie provenant du disjoncteur.
   • Câble de charge : Se raccorde au luminaire.
   • Fil neutre : (Required) Typically white, often capped together with other neutral wires.
   • Fil de terre: (Recommended) Typically bare copper or green.

6.2 Instructions de câblage

Connect the wires from the ECOELER Motion Sensor Dimmer Switch to the corresponding wires in your electrical box using the provided wiring caps.

• Connectez le Noir wire from the switch to the Ligne chaude wire from the wall.
• Connectez le Rouge wire from the switch to the Charger wire from the wall.
• Connectez le Blanc wire from the switch to the Neutre wire from the wall.
• Connectez le Vert wire from the switch to the Sol wire from the wall.

6.3 Mounting and Finishing

1. Carefully push all wired connections into the electrical box.
2. Mount the switch into the electrical box using the provided screws.
3. Fixez la plaque murale.
