This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your EKO Lumos Smartwatch. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your device to ensure proper function and longevity.

Installation

1. Recharge de la montre connectée

Before first use, fully charge your EKO Lumos Smartwatch. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the back of the smartwatch and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

2. Mise sous/hors tension

• Pour allumer : Press and hold the side button until the EKO logo appears.

3. Installation de l'application compagnon

The EKO Lumos Smartwatch requires a companion application to unlock its full functionality and synchronize data with your smartphone. Rechercher the official EKO smartwatch app on your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).

Ensure your smartphone meets the minimum operating system requirements for the app.

4. Appairage avec votre smartphone (Bluetooth)

1. Assurez-vous que Bluetooth est activé sur votre smartphone.
2. Open the EKO companion app on your smartphone.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. The app will search for available EKO Lumos devices.
4. Select "EKO Lumos" from the list of discovered devices.
5. Confirmez la demande de jumelage sur votre smartphone et sur votre montre connectée si vous y êtes invité.

Successful pairing will be indicated on both devices. Keep your smartwatch close to your smartphone during the pairing process.

Navigation de base

Entretien

Nettoyer votre montre connectée

Regularly clean your smartwatch to ensure hygiene and proper sensor function. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen and body. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Dépannage

Problèmes courants et solutions

• Smartwatch not powering on:

  Assurez-vous que l'appareil est complètement chargé. Branchez-le au câble de chargement et laissez-le charger pendant au moins 30 minutes avant de tenter de le rallumer.

• Impossible de connecter le smartphone :

  Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the smartwatch. Ensure the smartwatch is within range of your phone. Restart both devices and try the pairing process again. Verify that the EKO companion app is up to date.
• Données de santé inexactes :

  Ensure the smartwatch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensors on the back of the watch. Avoid excessive movement during measurements. Note that the smartwatch is not a medical device and readings are for reference only.

  Verify that notifications are enabled in both your smartphone's settings for the EKO app and within the EKO companion app itself. Ensure the smartwatch is connected via Bluetooth.
