This powerful gas pressure washer is designed for tough cleaning jobs, delivering 3400 PSI and 2.8 GPM, powered by a 212cc 4-stroke engine. It is suitable for cleaning driveways, siding, patios, decks, fences, and vehicles.

4. Assemblage

Your TOOLCY Gas Pressure Washer comes mostly pre-assembled for quick setup. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

1. Fixez la poignée : Slide the upper handle assembly onto the main unit's frame until it clicks into place. No bolts or tools are required for this step.
2. Install Hose Hook: Attach the hose hook to the designated slots on the handle panel.
3. Raccordez le tuyau haute pression : Connect one end of the 35-foot high-pressure hose to the pump outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are hand-tightened securely.
4. Fixer la rallonge : Screw the metal extension wand onto the spray gun.
5. Insert Nozzle Tip: Select the desired quick-connect nozzle tip and insert it into the end of the extension wand until it locks into place.

5. Configuration initiale

1. Ajouter de l'huile moteur : Using the provided oil funnel, add 10W-30 engine oil to the engine crankcase. Do NOT overfill. The unit is shipped without engine oil to prevent leaks during transit.
2. Ajouter du carburant : Remplissez le réservoir d'essence sans plomb fraîche.
3. Raccorder l'alimentation en eau : Connect a standard garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer pump. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a minimum diameter of 5/8 inch.
4. Ouvrir l'alimentation en eau : Fully open the water faucet to ensure a steady flow of water to the pressure washer.
5. Purger l'air du système : Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the pump and hose. Continue until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle.

6. Mode d'emploi

1. Démarrer le moteur :
   • Mettez l'interrupteur du moteur sur la position « MARCHE ».
   • Move the throttle lever to the 'LEFT' position.
   • Turn the fuel shut-off valve to the 'RIGHT' position.
   • Locate the recoil cord and pull slowly until resistance is felt. At this point, pull rapidly to start the engine.
   • Once the engine starts, turn the choke lever to the 'RIGHT' position.
2. Sélectionnez la buse : Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle tip for your cleaning task. The 0° (red) nozzle provides a concentrated stream for tough stains, while the 40° (white) nozzle offers a wider spray for general cleaning. The black nozzle is for soap application.
3. Appliquer du détergent (facultatif) : If using detergent, fill the 0.88-gallon onboard soap tank with pressure washer-safe detergent. Attach the black soap nozzle. The pressure washer will automatically mix the detergent with water at low pressure.
4. Commencer le nettoyage : Hold the spray gun firmly with both hands and maintain a safe distance from the surface being cleaned. Start spraying from a distance and move closer as needed, ensuring not to damage the surface.
5. Stop the Engine: To stop the engine, turn the engine switch to the 'OFF' position. Turn off the water supply and squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure.

7. Entretien

7.1 Entretien du moteur

• Vérifier le niveau d'huile : Check the engine oil level before each use. The built-in Smart Oil Sensor protects the engine from low oil levels.
• Changer l'huile: Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours or annually.
• Filtre à air : Nettoyez ou remplacez régulièrement le filtre à air, surtout en cas de poussière.
• Bougie d'allumage: Inspectez et nettoyez la bougie d'allumage chaque année. Remplacez-la si nécessaire.

• Hivérisation: In freezing temperatures, use a pump protector or antifreeze to prevent damage to the pump.

• Inspecter les tuyaux : Regularly check the high-pressure hose and garden hose for kinks, cuts, or leaks. Replace damaged hoses immediately.
