Instructions d'installation

Follow these steps to assemble your umbrella drying rack:

Step 1: Install the Ground Spike

1. Select a suitable location in your garden with stable soil and ample space for the fully opened drying rack.
2. Insert the metal spiral ground spike into the ground. Use the provided bar (if applicable) through the holes in the spike to twist it clockwise until it is firmly embedded and stable.
3. Ensure the ground spike is level to prevent the drying rack from leaning.

Step 2: Assemble the Drying Rack Pole

1. Connect the upper part of the drying rack pole to the lower part. Ensure the spring button engages securely.
2. Insert the assembled pole into the installed ground spike. The pole should fit snugly and stand upright.

Step 3: Unfold the Drying Rack

There are two methods to unfold the drying rack:

1. Method 1 (Upright Unfolding):
   • Before unfolding, gently straighten any tangled clotheslines on all four sides of the rack.
   • Hold the central pole and push the sliding connector upwards until the arms fully extend and lock into place.
2. Method 2 (Upside-Down Unfolding):
   • Turn the rack upside down. Straighten all clotheslines on all four sides to prevent tangling.
   • Carefully flip the rack upright and insert it into the ground spike.
   • Push the sliding connector upwards until the arms fully extend and lock into place.

Step 4: Adjust Clothesline Tension (if needed)

If clotheslines appear loose after unfolding, they can be tightened at the end points of the arms.

Hanging Laundry

The drying rack offers 164 feet of clothesline, suitable for up to 5 loads of laundry. Use the provided clothespins to secure garments.

Réglage de la hauteur

The central pole features 2 sliding connectors, allowing height adjustment from 47.6 inches (121 cm) to 72 inches (183 cm). This feature accommodates different garment lengths and user heights.

1. Locate the button on the central pole.
2. Press the button and slide the connector up or down to the desired height.
3. Release the button to lock the rack at the chosen height.

Pliage et rangement

To fold the drying rack for storage:

1. Remove all laundry from the lines.
2. Press the button on the central pole and gently push the sliding connector downwards until the arms fold completely.
3. Once folded, place the protective cover over the rack to shield it from dust and elements.
4. Remove the pole from the ground spike and store both components in a dry, protected area.
5. Place the ground spike cap into the ground spike opening to prevent debris from entering.

Entretien
