2. Produit terminéview
The GGM Gastro FKMT18E is a filter coffee machine designed for efficient coffee brewing. It features a durable stainless steel housing and inner boiler, heat-resistant plastic handles, and includes two glass carafes for serving and keeping coffee warm.

3. Installation
- Déballage: Carefully remove the coffee machine and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport if needed.
- Placement: Place the appliance on a clean, dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Premier nettoyage : Before first use, wash the glass carafes and the removable filter holder with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp tissu.
- Connexion électrique : Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position. Plug the power cord into a grounded 230 V / 50 Hz electrical outlet.
4. Mode d'emploi
Follow these steps to brew coffee with your GGM Gastro FKMT18E coffee machine:
- Préparer le filtre : Open the lid of the filter compartment. Place a suitable filter paper into the filter holder.
- Ajouter du café: Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter paper. For best results, use medium-ground coffee.
- Remplissez le réservoir d'eau : Open the top lid and carefully pour fresh, cold water into the water reservoir. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. The machine has a capacity of 1.8 liters per carafe.
- Position de la carafe : Place an empty glass carafe securely on the lower hot plate beneath the filter holder.
- Commencer le brassage : Flip the main power switch (often marked with a coffee cup icon) to the 'ON' position. The indicator light will illuminate, and the brewing process will begin.
- Fonction de maintien au chaud : Once brewing is complete, the coffee will drip into the carafe. The lower hot plate will automatically keep the coffee warm. If you wish to keep a second carafe warm, place it on the upper warming plate and activate its dedicated switch (often marked with steam icon).
- Portion: Carefully remove the carafe by its heat-resistant handle to pour coffee.

5. Entretien
Un nettoyage et un entretien réguliers garantissent des performances optimales et une longue durée de vie à votre machine à café.
Nettoyage quotidien :
- Débranchez toujours l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir complètement avant de le nettoyer.
- Remove the filter holder and discard the used coffee filter. Wash the filter holder and glass carafes with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Essuyez l'extérieur de la machine avec de la publicitéamp Utilisez un chiffon. N’utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs ni de tampons à récurer, car ils peuvent endommager la finition en acier inoxydable.
- Ne plongez pas l’unité principale dans l’eau.
Détartrage:
Mineral deposits from water can build up inside the machine, affecting performance and coffee taste. For perfect operation, we recommend regularly descaling the appliance according to hygiene and safety guidelines, typically every 1-3 months depending on water hardness and usage.
- Utilisez une solution de détartrage commerciale adaptée aux machines à café, en suivant les instructions du fabricant.
- On peut également utiliser une solution de vinaigre blanc et d'eau (ratio 1:2).
- Run the descaling solution through a full brewing cycle without coffee.
- After descaling, run at least two full cycles with fresh, clean water to rinse out any descaling residue.
6. Dépannage
