3. Entretien

4.1. Earbuds Won't Charge

4.2. Charging Capsule Won't Charge

• Use the provided USB-C cable.
• Ensure the cable is firmly connected to both the charging capsule and the power adapter.

4.3. Resetting Your Earbuds (Soft Reset)

• On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and "Forget" or "Remove" "Raycon Open Earbuds" from the list.
• Place both earbuds back into their charging capsule.

• Close the lid and wait for 5 to 10 seconds. This action performs a hard reset.
