3. Configuration et installation

3.1 Déballage

• Retirez délicatement le déshumidificateur de son emballage.
• Remove all packing materials, including any tape or labels.
• Vérifiez que l'appareil n'a pas subi de dommages liés au transport. En cas de dommages, ne l'utilisez pas et contactez le service client.

3.2 Placement

Pour un fonctionnement optimal, placez le déshumidificateur dans un endroit où l'humidité est la plus élevée et où la circulation de l'air est bonne. Veillez à laisser un espace d'au moins 20 cm autour de l'appareil pour une bonne aération.

• Placez l'appareil sur une surface stable et plane capable de supporter son poids lorsque le seau d'eau est plein.
• Évitez de placer l'appareil à proximité de sources de chaleur, telles que des radiateurs ou des fours, ou en plein soleil.
• Do not place the unit in an area where the temperature will fall below 41°F (5°C) or rise above 90°F (32°C).

3.3 Configuration initiale

• Branchez le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise de terre de 115 V CA.
• Ensure the water bucket is properly seated in the unit.

4. Mode d'emploi

4.1 Panneau de contrôle

Le panneau de commande est situé sur le dessus de l'appareil et comporte un écran LED et divers boutons de fonctionnement.

4.2 Mise sous/hors tension

• Appuyez sur le POUVOIR bouton pour allumer ou éteindre l'appareil.

4.3 Réglage du niveau d'humidité souhaité

• Appuyez sur le HUMIDITY +/- buttons to set the desired humidity level between 35% and 85% relative humidity (RH) in 5% increments.
• L'appareil fonctionnera jusqu'à ce que le niveau d'humidité programmé soit atteint, puis s'allumera et s'éteindra par cycles pour le maintenir.

4.4 Sélection de la vitesse du ventilateur

• Higher fan speeds result in faster dehumidification.

4.5 Fonction minuterie

• Appuyez sur le MINUTEUR button to set a delay for the unit to turn on or off (from 1 to 24 hours).
• Utilisez le +/- boutons pour régler l'heure souhaitée.

4.6 Continuous Operation Mode

• To operate the unit continuously regardless of humidity level, set the humidity level to "CO" (Continuous Operation).

5. Options de drainage

The dehumidifier offers two primary methods for water removal: manual bucket draining and continuous draining.

5.1 Manual Draining (Water Bucket)

• When the water bucket is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and the "Full Bucket" indicator will illuminate.
• Carefully pull out the water bucket from the front of the unit.
• Vider l'eau recueillie.

5.2 Continuous Draining with Built-in Pump

This unit features a built-in pump for continuous upward draining, eliminating the need to manually empty the bucket.

• Repérez l'orifice de vidange de la pompe à l'arrière de l'appareil.
• Connect the provided drain hose to the pump drain outlet. Ensure a secure connection.
• Route the other end of the hose to a suitable drain location (e.g., sink, floor drain, or out a window) ensuring the hose is not kinked or blocked. The pump can lift water up to a certain height (refer to specifications for exact lift height).
• Once connected, the unit will automatically pump out collected water when the bucket is full.

5.3 Gravity Draining (Optional, using garden hose)

For continuous gravity draining to a lower-level drain, a standard garden hose (not included) can be used.

• Locate the gravity drain outlet on the back of the unit (separate from the pump outlet).
• Remove the plastic cap from the gravity drain outlet.
• Thread a standard garden hose onto the outlet. Ensure a tight seal to prevent leaks.
• Route the hose downwards to a floor drain or suitable receptacle, ensuring there are no kinks or upward bends in the hose that would impede water flow.

6. Entretien

Un entretien régulier garantit des performances optimales et prolonge la durée de vie de votre déshumidificateur.

6.1 Nettoyage du filtre à air

The "Check Filter" alert will illuminate after 250 hours of operation, reminding you to clean the filter. Clean the filter every two weeks or more often if necessary.

1. Éteignez l'appareil et débranchez-le de la prise de courant.
2. Retirez le filtre à air situé à l'arrière de l'appareil.
3. Lavez le filtre à l'eau chaude savonneuse. Rincez abondamment.
4. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling. Do not use a dishwasher or hot water.
5. Réinstaller le filtre.
6. Plug in the unit and press the "Filter" button (or corresponding button) to reset the filter timer.

6.2 Nettoyage du seau d'eau

Nettoyez régulièrement le seau d'eau pour éviter la formation de moisissures.

• Retirez le seau d'eau.
• Lavez le seau à l'eau tiède avec un détergent doux.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before placing it back into the unit.

6.3 Nettoyage de l'extérieur de l'unité

6.4 Stockage

Si vous stockez l'appareil pendant une période prolongée :

• Nettoyer le filtre à air.
• Enroulez soigneusement le cordon d'alimentation.
• Rangez l'appareil à la verticale dans un endroit frais et sec, à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil et des températures extrêmes.
