Before operating your AMIGO E-Lagos T3 electric bicycle, please read and understand all instructions and safety warnings. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or damage to the bicycle.

2. Mise en place et préparation initiale
Your AMIGO E-Lagos T3 electric bicycle may require some minor assembly and preparation before its first use.

2.1 Déballage et montage
- Retirez soigneusement le vélo de son emballage.
- Install the pedals: Ensure pedals are threaded correctly (L for left, R for right) and tightened securely.
- Adjust the handlebar and saddle height for a comfortable and safe riding position. Ensure all quick-release levers are firmly closed.
2.2 Chargement de la batterie
The battery is integrated into the rear rack and is removable for charging.
- Repérez le port de chargement sur la batterie.

2.3 Gonflage des pneus

3. Mode d'emploi
Familiarize yourself with the controls and functions of your E-Lagos T3 electric bicycle for an optimal riding experience.
3.1 Mise sous tension/hors tension et affichage

- Pour allumer : Press and hold the power button on the Ananda D15 LED display (located on the left handlebar).
- Assistance Levels: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the display to select one of the 5 available pedal assistance levels. Level 1 provides minimal assistance, while Level 5 provides maximum assistance.
- Pour éteindre : Maintenez le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé jusqu'à ce que l'écran s'éteigne.
- The display shows battery charge status and current assistance level.
3.2 Changement de vitesse

Your E-Lagos T3 is equipped with a Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal gear hub. Shift gears using the grip shifter on the right handlebar. Shift to a lower gear for easier pedaling on inclines and a higher gear for faster speeds on flat terrain.
3.3 Système de freinage
The bicycle features a V-Brake on the front wheel and a coaster brake (backpedal brake) on the rear wheel.
- Frein avant : Operated by the lever on the left handlebar. Use for controlled stopping power.
- Rear Brake (Coaster Brake): Activated by pedaling backward. Provides reliable stopping for the rear wheel.
- Always apply both brakes simultaneously for effective and safe stopping.
3.4 Verrouillage du guidon

The integrated handlebar lock helps stabilize the front wheel when the bicycle is parked, especially when loaded with items on the front rack. Rotate the mechanism to 'LOCK' to secure the handlebar, and to 'FREE' to allow steering.
3.5 Système d'éclairage
The E-Lagos T3 is equipped with LED lights for both front and rear visibility.

- The lights are powered by the main battery.
- Turn on the lights using the dedicated button on the display or as instructed by the display manual.
- Vérifiez le bon fonctionnement de vos feux avant de rouler dans des conditions de faible luminosité.
4. Entretien
Un entretien régulier garantit la longévité et le fonctionnement sûr de votre vélo électrique.
4.1 Entretien de la batterie

4.3 Freins et pneus
- Vérifiez régulièrement l'usure des plaquettes de frein et remplacez-les si nécessaire.
- Ensure brake cables are not frayed and are properly adjusted.
- Maintenez la pression des pneus correcte, telle qu'indiquée sur le flanc du pneu.
4.4 Chaîne et transmission
Keep the chain clean and lubricated for smooth operation and to prevent premature wear. The Shimano Nexus internal gear hub requires minimal maintenance but should be checked periodically by a professional.
