Installation

1. Déballage et composants

Your JLab Go Air Pop+ package includes:

• 1 Pair of Go Air Pop+ Earbuds
• 1 Charging Case with Integrated USB-C Cable
• 3 Sets of Gel Eartips (Small, Medium, Large)

2. Chargement des écouteurs et de l'étui

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. The case features an integrated USB-C charging cable for convenience.

1. Plug the integrated USB-C cable into a USB-A power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

3. Couplage Bluetooth

The earbuds feature automatic power-on and connection. Once removed from the case, they will automatically connect to each other and enter pairing mode.

1. Select the eartip size that feels most comfortable and provides a secure fit.
2. Gently insert each earbud into your ear canal and twist slightly to ensure a snug seal.

The JLab Go Air Pop+ earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing audio playback, calls, and sound modes.

2. Custom Sound with JLab App

Download the JLab App to personalize your listening experience. The app allows you to:

Entretien

1. Nettoyage

Un nettoyage régulier contribue à maintenir des performances et une hygiène optimales.

• Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec pour essuyer les écouteurs et le boîtier de charge.
• Retirez les embouts auriculaires et nettoyez-les avec de l'eau et du savon doux, puis séchez-les soigneusement avant de les remettre en place.
• Évitez d’utiliser des produits chimiques agressifs ou des matériaux abrasifs.

2. Stockage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and ensure they are charged for next use.

Dépannage

No Audio from One Earbud

• Assurez-vous que les deux écouteurs sont chargés.
• Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, then open and remove them to re-establish connection.
• If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the JLab App or online support for specific reset instructions).
