Installation
Déballage et nettoyage initial :

- Wash the stainless steel pot and measuring spoon with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not wash the main unit under running water or immerse it.
Première utilisation :
- Placez l'appareil sur une surface stable, plane et résistante à la chaleur.
- Ensure the stainless steel pot is properly seated in the main unit.
- Branchez le cordon d’alimentation sur une prise électrique reliée à la terre.
- Fill the pot with water up to the maximum level indicator (without coffee or milk).
- Select a brewing program (e.g., Turkish coffee) and let the machine complete a cycle with just water. This cleans the internal components.
- Discard the water and rinse the pot. Your machine is now ready for use.
Mode d'emploi
The ARZUM OKKA RICH SPIN PRO offers multiple functions for various beverages.
Preparing Turkish Coffee:
- Add water to the stainless steel pot according to the desired number of cups (max 5 cups).
- Add one level measuring spoon of finely ground Turkish coffee per cup.
- Optionally, add sugar to taste.
- Place the pot into the main unit.
- Turn the rotary knob to select the "Turkish Coffee" program.
- Press the central button to start brewing. The machine will automatically stir and brew the coffee to perfection, signaling when ready.
- Carefully pour the coffee into cups.
Preparing Milk Coffee / Hot Chocolate:
The machine also features functions for milk-based beverages, including frothing and heating milk.
- Add milk to the stainless steel pot, observing the maximum fill line for milk.
- For hot chocolate, add chocolate powder or pieces. For milk coffee, you may add instant coffee or espresso.
- Place the pot into the main unit.
- Turn the rotary knob to select the desired milk program (e.g., "Milk Coffee", "Hot Chocolate", "Milk Frothing").
- Press the central button to start the program. The machine will heat and/or froth the milk as per the selected function.
- Once complete, carefully pour the prepared beverage.
Entretien
Nettoyage quotidien :
- Après chaque utilisation, débranchez la machine et laissez-la refroidir.
- Remove the stainless steel pot. Wash it with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Essuyez l'extérieur de l'unité principale avec le produit adamp chiffon. N'utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs ou de tampons à récurer.
- Ensure no liquid enters the electrical components.
Détartrage:
Depending on water hardness, descaling may be required periodically to maintain performance. Use a descaling solution suitable for coffee machines or a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:2 ratio).
- Fill the pot with the descaling solution up to the maximum level.
- Place the pot in the machine and run a full brewing cycle (without coffee/milk).
- Discard the solution and rinse the pot thoroughly.
- Run 2-3 cycles with fresh water to remove any residual descaling solution.
