1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Phanteks XT Pro Mid-Tower Gaming Chassis. This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of your new PC case. The XT Pro is designed for high airflow performance, featuring a mesh front panel and tempered glass side panel, offering excellent cooling capabilities and a clear view of your internal components. It supports a wide range of hardware, including large graphics cards and extensive cooling solutions.

2. Consignes de sécurité

• Always disconnect the power supply from the wall outlet before performing any installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
• Handle tempered glass panels with care. They are fragile and can shatter if dropped or subjected to impact.
• Avoid exposing the chassis to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Keep small components and screws out of reach of children.
• Ensure proper grounding to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to sensitive electronic components.
• Do not attempt to modify the chassis structure or components, as this may void your warranty and pose safety risks.

4. Configuration et installation

4.1 Préparation du châssis

Before installing components, remove the side panels. The tempered glass side panel is typically secured with thumbscrews at the rear. The solid steel side panel may also use thumbscrews or a latch mechanism.

4.2 Installation de la carte mère

Install the necessary motherboard standoffs into the chassis tray according to your motherboard's form factor (ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX). Carefully place the motherboard onto the standoffs, aligning the screw holes, and secure it with the provided motherboard screws.

4.3 Installation du bloc d'alimentation (PSU)

The PSU mounts at the bottom rear of the chassis. Slide your PSU into the designated bay from the rear and secure it with screws. Ensure the PSU fan faces downwards (if the case has a bottom vent) or upwards, depending on your cooling preference.

4.4 Installation du disque de stockage

The XT Pro supports multiple storage drives.

• Disques durs 3.5 pouces : Install into the drive cage located under the PSU shroud.
• SSD 2.5 pouces : Mount to the dedicated SSD brackets behind the motherboard tray.

4.5 Installation de la carte graphique (GPU)

Remove the necessary PCIe slot covers at the rear of the chassis. Insert your graphics card into the PCIe slot on the motherboard and secure it with the thumbscrew or latch mechanism. The XT Pro supports large graphics cards without compromise.

4.6 Installation du ventilateur et du radiateur

The XT Pro offers extensive cooling support:

• Devant: Up to 3x 120mm or 2x 140mm fans.
• Haut: Up to 3x 120mm or 2x 140mm fans, supporting up to a 360mm radiator.
• Arrière: 1 ventilateur de 120 mm.
• Bas: Jusqu'à 2 ventilateurs de 120 mm.

Install fans and radiators using the appropriate screws. Ensure correct airflow direction for optimal cooling.

4.7 Gestion des câbles

Utilize the cable routing cutouts and tie-down points behind the motherboard tray to manage cables neatly. This improves airflow and aesthetics. Secure cables with zip ties or Velcro straps.

5. Fonctionnement du châssis

5.1 Panneau d'E/S avant

The front I/O panel is located on the top of the chassis and provides convenient access to essential ports and controls.

6. Entretien

Un entretien régulier contribue à garantir des performances optimales et une longue durée de vie aux composants de votre PC.

• Filtres à poussière : The XT Pro features an ultra-fine performance mesh front panel and a top dust filter. Regularly clean these filters to maintain optimal airflow. They can typically be removed and cleaned with compressed air or a soft brush.
• Nettoyage extérieur : Essuyez les surfaces extérieures avec un chiffon doux, damp Chiffon. Évitez les nettoyants abrasifs ou les solvants.
• Nettoyage intérieur: Periodically use compressed air to remove dust buildup from internal components like fans, heatsinks, and circuit boards. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.

7. Dépannage

• Le système ne s'allume pas :
  • Check all power connections: PSU to wall, PSU to motherboard, and front panel power switch cable to motherboard.
  • Assurez-vous que l'interrupteur du bloc d'alimentation est en position « ON ».
• Aucun affichage :
  • Verify that the monitor cable is securely connected to the graphics card (or motherboard, if using integrated graphics).
  • Réinsérez la carte graphique et les modules de RAM.
• Bruit excessif:
  • Check if any fan cables are obstructing fan blades.
  • Ensure all fans are securely mounted.
  • Clean dust from fans and filters.

  • Verify correct fan orientation (intake/exhaust).
  • Ensure no cables are blocking airflow paths.
