1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Krysenix PG3 Wireless RGB Gaming Headset. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your new headset. The PG3 features 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity for ultra-low latency and 7.1 surround sound, Bluetooth for mobile devices, a detachable AI noise-cancelling microphone, and comfortable earcups for extended use.

3. Configuration et connexion

3.1 Chargement du casque

Avant la première utilisation, chargez complètement le casque.

1. Connectez le câble de chargement USB Type-C au port de chargement du casque.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., PC, wall adapter).
3. The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours and provides over 48 hours of continuous use.

3.2 Connecting via 2.4 GHz Wireless (PS5, PS4, PC, Switch, Mac, Laptops)

This mode offers ultra-low latency (less than 20ms) and 7.1 surround sound for optimal gaming performance.

1. Insert the USB dongle into an available USB port on your PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch (in docked mode), Mac, or laptop.

3. The headset will automatically connect to the USB dongle. The LED indicator will confirm a successful connection.
4. Adjust audio settings on your device if necessary to select the headset as the input/output device.

3.3 Connecting via Bluetooth (Mobile Phones, Tablets, iPads, Smart Devices)

Use Bluetooth for connecting to mobile devices.

For a wired connection to compatible consoles and PCs.

1. Connect the USB Type-C cable directly from the headset to an available USB port on your PS4, PS5, or PC.

4. Fonctionnement

4.1 Commandes du casque

The headset features intuitive controls for power, volume, and microphone functions.

4.2 Microphone détachable

The omnidirectional AI noise-cancelling microphone can be attached or detached as needed.

1. To attach, align the microphone connector with the port on the headset and push firmly until it clicks into place.
2. To detach, gently pull the microphone away from the headset.
3. Use the microphone mute button on the headset to quickly silence your voice during gameplay.

5.3 Entretien de la batterie

• Évitez de décharger complètement la batterie fréquemment, car cela peut réduire sa durée de vie globale.

6. Dépannage

6.1 Aucun son ou volume faible

• Ensure the headset is powered on and properly connected (2.4 GHz dongle, Bluetooth, or USB cable).
• Check the volume wheel on the headset and the volume settings on your device.

• Sans fil 2.4 GHz : Ensure the USB dongle is fully inserted and within range (up to 10 meters). Avoid interference from other 2.4 GHz devices.

• Compatibilité Xbox : Please note that the Krysenix PG3 headset is not compatible with any Xbox consoles (Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S).

6.4 Casque audio ne charge pas

• Check the USB Type-C cable for damage and ensure it's securely connected to both the headset and the power source.
