This manual provides instructions for the proper setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Snakebyte GamePad Pro X Controller. 3. Installation

3.1 Connecting to Xbox Series X/S

1. Assurez-vous que votre console Xbox est allumée.
2. Plug the USB-A end of the controller's cable into an available USB port on your Xbox Series X/S console.
3. The controller will automatically connect and be ready for use. The Xbox button on the controller will illuminate to indicate a successful connection.

3.2 Connexion au PC

4. Mode d'emploi

4.1 Contrôles de base

The GamePad Pro X features standard Xbox controller button layouts, including A, B, X, Y buttons, D-pad, Left/Right analog sticks, Left/Right bumpers (LB/RB), and Left/Right triggers (LT/RT). Familiarize yourself with these controls as per standard gaming conventions.

4.2 Assigning Back Paddles (Command Slide)

The two back paddles can be assigned to replicate any other button on the controller (A, B, X, Y, RB, LB, RSB, LSB).

1. Locate the Command Slide switches on the back of the controller, next to each paddle.
2. To assign a paddle, slide the corresponding Command Slide switch to the 'Assign' position (usually indicated by an icon or specific LED color).
3. Press and hold the paddle you wish to assign.
4. While holding the paddle, press the button on the front of the controller that you want to map to the paddle (e.g., 'A' button).
5. Release both buttons, then slide the Command Slide switch back to the 'Lock' position. The paddle is now assigned.
6. Repeat for the other paddle if desired.

4.3 Using Trigger Stops

The trigger stops allow you to reduce the travel distance of the LT and RT buttons, providing a quicker response for actions like shooting in first-person shooters.

• Locate the physical switches on the underside of the controller, near the triggers.
• Flip the switch to engage the trigger stop for a shorter trigger pull (e.g., 2mm).
• Flip the switch back to disengage the trigger stop for a full trigger pull (e.g., 8mm), suitable for racing games or actions requiring analog input.

4.4 Using the Audio Panel

The audio panel provides convenient control over your connected headset's audio.

• Volume haut/bas : Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the overall headset volume.
• Équilibre chat/jeu : Use the dedicated balance button to shift audio focus between game sound and chat audio.
• Microphone muet : Press the microphone icon button to mute or unmute your headset microphone. An indicator light may show the mute status.

• Ensure your headset is properly plugged into the controller's 3.5mm jack.
• Check the volume levels using the audio panel on the controller.
