1. Introduction

Main Unit Controls and Ports:

• Bouton d'alimentation : Allume ou éteint l'appareil.
• Bouton de volume : Régule le niveau du volume principal.
• Afficher: Shows current mode, track information, and time.
• Plateau CD : Pour insérer des CD audio.
• Port USB : Pour connecter des périphériques de stockage USB pour la lecture de fichiers MP3.
• Entrée AUX: Prise jack 3.5 mm pour connecter des périphériques audio externes.
• Boutons de fonction : Play/Pause, Stop, Skip/Search, Mode selection.

5. Installation

Follow these steps for initial setup of your micro component system:

1. Connexion haut-parleur : Connect the speaker wires from each speaker to the corresponding speaker terminals on the rear of the main unit. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -).
2. Connexion de l'antenne FM : If included, connect the FM antenna to the FM antenna jack on the rear of the main unit for improved radio reception. Extend the antenna fully for best results.
3. Connexion électrique : Plug the power cord into the AC IN socket on the rear of the main unit, then plug the other end into a standard AC wall outlet (120V ~ 60Hz).
4. Placement: Place the main unit and speakers on a stable, flat surface. For optimal stereo sound, position the speakers equidistant from the listening area and spaced apart.

6. Mode d'emploi

6.1. Marche/Arrêt

Appuyez sur le POUVOIR Bouton sur le panneau avant ou télécommande pour allumer ou éteindre l'appareil.

6.2. Fonctionnement du lecteur CD

1. Appuyez sur le MODE/FONCTION bouton pour sélectionner le mode « CD ».
2. Appuyez sur le OUVRIR/FERMER bouton pour ouvrir le plateau du CD.
3. Place a CD (audio CD, MP3 CD, CD-R, CD-RW) with the label side up into the tray.
4. Appuyez sur le OUVRIR/FERMER Appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton pour fermer le tiroir. L'appareil commencera alors la lecture du disque.
5. Presse LECTURE/PAUSE pour démarrer ou mettre en pause la lecture.
6. Utiliser IGNORER/RECHERCHER boutons pour parcourir les pistes.

6.3. Diffusion Bluetooth

1. Appuyez sur le MODE/FONCTION button to select 'Bluetooth' mode. The display will show 'BT' and flash, indicating it's ready for pairing.
2. Sur votre appareil compatible Bluetooth (smartphone, tablette, etc.), activez le Bluetooth et recherchez les appareils disponibles.
3. Select 'SHARP XL-B512' from the list. Once paired, the 'BT' indicator will stop flashing.
4. You can now play audio from your device through the XL-B512 system. Use your device or the system's controls for playback.

6.4. Lecture USB

1. Insérez une clé USB contenant un fichier audio MP3. files dans le port USB du panneau avant.
2. Appuyez sur le MODE/FONCTION bouton pour sélectionner le mode « USB ».

6.5. Réglage de la radio FM

3. Press briefly to manually tune step-by-step.

6.6. Entrée auxiliaire (AUX)

1. Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone) to the AUX IN jack on the front panel using a 3.5mm audio cable (not supplied).
2. Appuyez sur le MODE/FONCTION bouton pour sélectionner le mode « AUX ».
3. Diffusez le son depuis votre appareil connecté. Le son sera diffusé par les haut-parleurs XL-B512.

6.7. Utilisation de la télécommande

Ensure the remote control is pointed directly at the main unit's sensor. Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the remote control, observing correct polarity.

6.8. Réglages sonores

• Volume: Rotate the volume knob on the main unit or use the VOL+/- boutons de la télécommande.
• Contrôle du volume sonore : Appuyez sur le FORT button on the remote to enhance bass and treble at low volume levels. Press again to deactivate.
• Égaliseur (EQ) : Appuyez sur le EQ button on the remote to cycle through preset equalizer modes (e.g., Flat, Rock, Pop, Classic, Jazz).

7. Entretien

Un entretien approprié garantit la longévité de votre système :

• Nettoyage: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit's exterior. For stubborn stains, dampen the cloth with a mild detergent solution and wipe gently. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
