Remarques importantes concernant l'assemblage :
- Ensure all components are correctly oriented and placed in their designated positions on the circuit board.
- Thoroughly check all solder joints for proper connection and to avoid cold joints or bridges. Poorly connected solder joints can prevent the device from functioning correctly.
- Refer to the detailed instructions provided with the kit for step-by-step guidance on component identification and soldering order.
Mode d'emploi
Once assembled, your FM radio is ready for operation. This section details how to power on the device, adjust settings, and utilize its features.
Modes d'alimentation
The radio supports two power supply options:
- Puissance USB: Use the included USB cable to connect the radio to a compatible USB power source (e.g., a computer USB port, a USB wall adapter, or a power bank). The working voltage est de 3 V/5 V.
- Puissance de la batterie : For portable use, you can install batteries into the battery case. Batteries are not included and must be purchased separately.

Entretien
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your FM radio kit.
- Nettoyage: Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec pour nettoyer la surface acrylique.asing and circuit board. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the materials.
- Stockage: Rangez la radio dans un endroit frais et sec, à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil et des températures extrêmes.
- Manutention: Handle the assembled radio with care to prevent damage to the electronic components or solder joints.
Dépannage
If you encounter issues with your FM radio kit, consider the following troubleshooting steps:
- Pas d'alimentation/Pas d'affichage :
- Assurez-vous que le câble USB est correctement connecté et que la source d’alimentation est active.
- Si vous utilisez des piles, vérifiez qu'elles sont correctement insérées et qu'elles sont suffisamment chargées.
- Vérifiez que l'interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT est en position « MARCHE ».
- Aucun son/Mauvaise qualité sonore :
- Check the volume level using both the buttons and the R1 potentiometer.
- Ensure the antenna is fully extended for optimal signal reception.
- Si vous utilisez des écouteurs, assurez-vous qu'ils soient complètement branchés dans la prise jack 3.5 mm.
- Inspect all solder joints, especially those connected to the speaker, headphone jack, and main ICs, for any cold joints or short circuits. Re-solder if necessary.
- Unable to Tune Channels:
- Confirm the antenna is extended.
- Ensure all components related to tuning (e.g., variable capacitors, if any, or tuning buttons) are correctly soldered and functioning.
- Dysfonctionnement général :
- The most common issue with DIY kits is soldering errors. Carefully re-examine all solder points for proper connection, especially for small components.
- Verify that all components are placed in the correct orientation (e.g., electrolytic capacitors, diodes, integrated circuits).
