Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

3. Installation

3.1 Installation et charge de la batterie

Chargement de la batterie : Connect the rapid charger to a power outlet. Insert the 2000mAh lithium battery into the charger. The LED indicators on the battery will show the charging progress. A full charge typically takes 90 minutes.
Installation de la batterie : Align the charged battery pack with the base of the impact wrench. Slide the battery into place until it clicks securely. Ensure it is firmly seated to prevent accidental detachment during operation.

The KIMO Impact Wrench features a 1/2" square drive, compatible with standard sockets. To attach a socket:

Select the appropriate socket size (e.g., 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm) for your task.
Push the socket firmly onto the 1/2" square drive until it locks into place.
To remove, pull the socket off the drive while pressing the release button (if present).

The KIMO Impact Wrench provides a maximum torque of 400 N·m and a maximum rotation speed of 2600 rpm, suitable for demanding applications.

4.2 Commande de vitesse variable

The tool features a stepless variable speed trigger. The rotation speed (0-2600 rpm) can be adjusted by varying the pressure applied to the trigger. This allows for precise control depending on the task.

4.3 Rotation avant/arrière

To change the rotation direction, push the forward/reverse switch lever located on both sides of the main unit. Push left for forward rotation (tightening nuts) and right for reverse rotation (loosening nuts). The center position acts as a safety lock, preventing accidental activation.

Press the mode switch button on the cordless impact wrench to select one of three operating modes:

Auto-stop Mode: This mode is active only during reverse rotation. When a nut is significantly loosened, the tool automatically stops, preventing the nut from flying off and reducing the risk of loss or injury.
High-efficiency Mode: Provides a rotation speed of 0-2600 rpm (min-1). Speed is controlled by the trigger pressure.

5. Entretien

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your KIMO Impact Wrench.
