5. Installation

5.1 Installation de la batterie

1. Remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock.

5.2 Initial Power-On and Atomic Time Synchronization

Upon battery installation, the clock will automatically begin searching for the WWVB radio signal. This process can take 1-2 minutes. During this time, all buttons will be temporarily unavailable. Once successfully connected, the atomic signal icon () will appear on the display, and the time, date, and day of the week will be set automatically.

If the atomic signal is not received, you may need to manually set the time and date. Ensure the clock is placed away from electronic devices that may cause interference.

If atomic synchronization fails or you prefer manual setting:

3. Presse (SET) to confirm and move to the next setting item in the following order: Atomic Clock ON/OFF → 12/24-Hour Format → Time Zone → DST ON/OFF → Hour → Minute → Year → Month → Day.
4. Presse (SET) repeatedly until all settings are confirmed, or wait 10 seconds for the clock to automatically exit setting mode and save changes.

1. To set Alarm 1 or Alarm 2, slide the corresponding switch (left or right side of the clock) to the ON position. The alarm time will appear on the display.

3. Utilisez le (HAUT) ou (DOWN) buttons to adjust the hour.

5. Presse (ALARM) to confirm and exit alarm setting mode.
6. To activate/deactivate an alarm, simply slide the corresponding switch on the side of the clock to ON or OFF.

6.3 Fonction de répétition

When an alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button on top of the clock to activate the snooze function. The alarm will pause for 8 minutes and then sound again. To stop the alarm completely, slide the corresponding alarm switch to OFF.

• Incorrect Time Zone/DST: During manual setup, ensure the correct time zone offset (e.g., EST is -5, CST is -6, MST is -7, PST is -8) and DST setting are selected.
