Installation

1. Connexion électrique : Connect the provided USB cable to the alarm clock and the USB adapter. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The clock display will illuminate.
2. Installation de la batterie (batterie de secours optionnelle) : Open the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included), observing correct polarity (+/-). These batteries will preserve time and alarm settings during a power outage, but the display will not be active, and the alarm will not sound.
3. Réglage initial de l'heure :
   • Press and hold the "TIME SET" button located on the back of the clock.
   • Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the hour. Observe the AM/PM indicator.
   • Press "TIME SET" again to move to minute adjustment. Use "+" or "-" to set the minutes.
   • Press "TIME SET" once more to confirm and exit time setting mode.

1. Réglage de l'alarme

1. Press and hold the "ALARM SET" button on the back of the clock.
2. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the alarm hour. Pay attention to the AM/PM indicator.
3. Press "ALARM SET" again to move to minute adjustment. Use "+" or "-" to set the alarm minutes.
4. Press "ALARM SET" once more to confirm and exit alarm setting mode. The alarm icon will appear on the display, indicating the alarm is active.

2. Activation/Désactivation de l'alarme

• To activate or deactivate the alarm, press the "AL ON/OFF" button on the back of the clock.
• When the alarm is active, the alarm bell icon will be visible on the display. When deactivated, the icon will disappear.

3. Fonction Snooze

• When the alarm sounds, gently touch the large "SNOOZE" button located on the top of the clock.
• This will temporarily silence the alarm for 10 minutes. The alarm will sound again after 10 minutes. This can be repeated up to 7 times.
• To completely turn off the alarm after it sounds, press the "AL ON/OFF" button on the back.

4. Réglage de la luminosité de l'écran (variateur)

• Locate the "DIMMER" roll wheel on the back of the clock.
• Rotate the wheel to adjust the display brightness from 0% (off) to 100% (maximum brightness).

5. Réglage du volume de l'alarme

• Locate the "VOLUME" roll wheel on the back of the clock.
• Rotate the wheel to adjust the alarm volume between 30 dB and 90 dB.

6. Port de chargement USB

• The clock features one USB charging port on the back.
• Connect your smartphone, tablet, or other USB-powered device to this port for charging.
• This port is active only when the alarm clock is connected to an AC power source.

Entretien

• Nettoyage: Essuyez la surface de l'horloge avec un chiffon doux et sec. N'utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs ni de solvants.
• Pouvoir: Ensure the clock is always connected to a stable power source for optimal performance.
• Remplacement de la batterie : If using battery backup, replace AAA batteries annually or when the clock fails to retain settings during a power outage.

Dépannage

• Display is Off:
  • Ensure the clock is properly plugged into an active electrical outlet.
  • Check the dimmer setting; it might be set to 0%. Adjust the "DIMMER" roll wheel.
• L'alarme ne sonne pas :
  • Verify the alarm is activated by checking for the alarm bell icon on the display. If not present, press "AL ON/OFF".
  • Check the alarm volume setting using the "VOLUME" roll wheel.
  • Ensure the correct AM/PM is set for the alarm time.
• Paramètres perdus après une coupure de couranttage:
  • Install 2 fresh AAA batteries for backup. The display will not light up during an outage, but settings will be retained.
• Chargement USB non fonctionnel :
  • Confirm the clock is plugged into an AC power source. The USB port does not function on battery backup alone.
  • Check the USB cable and the device being charged for proper connection.
