Unité d'affichage principale

The main display unit features a clear color LCD screen that shows all weather data, time, and date. It can be powered by the included AC adapter or backup batteries (not included).

Capteur extérieur

The wireless outdoor sensor measures external temperature and humidity. It is water-resistant (IPX4) and operates on 2x AA batteries (not included), offering approximately 10 months of battery life.

Installation

1. Mise sous tension de l'unité principale

  1. Connect the provided AC power adapter to the main unit and plug it into a power outlet.
  2. For backup power, insert 3x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the back of the main unit. This ensures continuous operation during power outaget.

2. Alimentation du capteur extérieur

  1. Open the battery compartment on the outdoor sensor.
  2. Insérez 2 piles AA (non incluses), en respectant la polarité (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment securely to maintain water resistance.

3. Appairage du capteur

The main unit and outdoor sensor should automatically pair within a few minutes after both are powered on. If pairing does not occur, press the 'SENSOR' button on the back of the main unit to initiate a manual search.

4. Emplacement du capteur

Place the outdoor sensor in a shaded area, protected from direct sunlight and rain, to ensure accurate temperature and humidity readings. The sensor has a wireless range of up to 100 meters (unobstructed).

Réglage de l'heure et de la date

  1. Press and hold the 'TIME SET' button.
  2. Use the 'CHANNEL/+' and 'MEM/-' buttons to adjust values.
  3. Press 'TIME SET' again to confirm and move to the next setting (e.g., 12/24 hour format, hour, minute, year, month, day).

Personnalisation des alertes

You can set high and low alerts for indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity.

  1. Press the 'ALERT' button to cycle through alert settings.
  2. When the desired alert (e.g., Outdoor Temp High) is displayed, press and hold 'ALERT' to enter setting mode.
  3. Use 'CHANNEL/+' and 'MEM/-' to adjust the alert value.
  4. Press 'ALERT' to confirm and move to the next setting.

Entretien

  • Nettoyage: Essuyez l'écran et le capteur avec un chiffon doux et sec.amp chiffon. N'utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs ou de solvants.
  • Remplacement de la batterie : Replace batteries in the outdoor sensor when the low battery indicator appears on the main unit. Replace backup batteries in the main unit annually or as needed.
  • Emplacement du capteur : Periodically check the outdoor sensor's placement to ensure it remains protected from direct elements and maintains optimal signal strength.
