5.3 Prendre une mesure

1. Ensure the surface to be measured is clean and free of debris.

4. Read the thickness value displayed on the LCD screen.
5. Lift the device from the surface to prepare for the next measurement (in Single mode).

This calibration is performed on an uncoated, bare metallic surface to establish a zero reference point. Place the probe on a clean, uncoated metal surface and follow the on-screen instructions or refer to the device's specific calibration sequence (usually involving the ZÉRO bouton).

This method uses two known thickness standards (e.g., a thin film and a thicker film) to calibrate the device across a range. This provides more accurate readings for varying thicknesses.

6.3 Easy Calibration
