2. Composants du produit
Familiarize yourself with the main components of your HENDI Cotton Candy Machine:

3. Instructions de configuration
- Déballer: Retirez soigneusement tous les composants de l'emballage. Conservez l'emballage pour un stockage ou un transport ultérieur.
- Placement: Placez l'appareil sur une surface stable, plane et résistante à la chaleur. Assurez une ventilation adéquate autour de l'appareil.
- Assembler le bol : Place the stainless steel bowl onto the motor housing. Secure it firmly using the 4 clamps fournis.
- Connexion électrique : Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position. Connect the machine to a grounded 230V power outlet.
- Premier nettoyage : Before first use, clean the stainless steel bowl and sugar head thoroughly according to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.
4. Mode d'emploi
Suivez ces étapes pour un fonctionnement sûr et efficace :
- Préchauffage : Turn on the power switch (usually marked with a power symbol). Then, turn on the heating element switch (often marked with 'SSS' or a heat symbol). Allow the machine to pre-heat for 5-10 minutes until the sugar head is hot. The voltmeter will indicate the current voltage.
- Ajouter du sucre : Once pre-heated, carefully pour the desired amount of cotton candy sugar into the center sugar head. Do not overfill.
- Collectez la barbe à papa : As the sugar melts and spins, cotton candy will begin to form around the edges of the bowl. Use a cotton candy stick to collect it by rotating the stick around the inside of the bowl.
- Repeat or Turn Off: To make more cotton candy, repeat step 2. When finished, turn off the heating element switch first, then the main power switch.

- Always supervise the machine during operation.

5. Nettoyage et entretien
Un nettoyage et un entretien réguliers garantiront la longévité et les performances optimales de votre machine.
- Débrancher l'alimentation : Débranchez toujours l'appareil de la prise électrique avant de le nettoyer.
- Refroidir: Allow the machine to cool completely before attempting to clean.
- Retirer le bol : Detach the stainless steel bowl by releasing le clamps. The bowl is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
- Clean Sugar Head: The sugar head can be cleaned by carefully wiping it with a damp cloth. For stubborn sugar residue, turn on the heating element for a short period to soften the sugar, then carefully scrape it off with a non-abrasive tool.

- Clean Drawer: Remove and clean the storage drawer as needed.

6. Dépannage
