5. Instructions de configuration
5.1 Déballage et placement
- Retirez soigneusement tous les composants de l'emballage.
- Placez le plateau tournant sur une surface plane, stable et de niveau.
- Install the transparent dust cover by aligning its hinges with the slots at the back of the turntable.
5.2 Installation du plateau et de la courroie
- Placez le plateau sur l'axe central.
- Locate the drive belt (usually pre-installed on the underside of the platter or around the motor pulley). If not pre-installed, carefully stretch the belt around the motor pulley and the inner rim of the platter.
- Placez le tapis de platine sur le plateau.
5.3 Configuration de la cellule et du bras de lecture
The AT91 Audio Technica cartridge is typically pre-installed. If not, follow the cartridge manufacturer's instructions for installation.
- Équilibrer le bras de lecture : Gently remove the stylus protector. While holding the tonearm, rotate the counterweight at the rear until the tonearm floats freely and is perfectly level.
- Force de suivi définie : Once balanced, hold the counterweight stationary and rotate the numbered ring on the counterweight to '0'. Then, rotate the entire counterweight (including the numbered ring) counter-clockwise to the recommended tracking force for the AT91 cartridge (refer to cartridge specifications, typically 2.0 grams).
- Set Antiskating: Adjust the antiskating dial (refer to Figure 3) to match the tracking force you set. This helps prevent the stylus from skipping inwards.
5.4 Connexions audio
The TT700 features a pre-amplified output, allowing direct connection to an amplificateur ou système stéréo.
- Sortie RCA : Connect the supplied RCA audio cable from the 'LINE/PHONO OUT' jacks on the turntable to the corresponding 'LINE IN' or 'AUX IN' jacks on your amplificateur ou enceintes amplifiées.
- AUX-IN 3.5mm: If your audio system only has a 3.5mm AUX-IN, use the supplied RCA to AUX-IN 3.5mm adapter.
5.5 Connexion d'alimentation
- Connect the power adapter to the DC input jack on the turntable.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable 230V AC wall outlet.
6. Mode d'emploi
6.1 Jouer un disque
- Place a vinyl record on the platter, centered on the spindle.
- Select the correct playback speed (33 or 45 RPM) using the speed selector switch (refer to Figure 4). For 45 RPM records, you may need a 45 RPM adapter (not included).
- Move the tonearm lift lever to the 'UP' position to raise the tonearm.
- Déplacez délicatement le bras de lecture au-dessus du sillon de départ souhaité du disque.
- Lower the tonearm lift lever to the 'DOWN' position to slowly lower the stylus onto the record. Playback will begin.
- Use the 'Start/Stop' button to initiate or pause platter rotation.
6.2 Adjusting Pitch
The TT700 features a Pitch Control knob. This allows for fine adjustment of the playback speed.
- Rotate the 'PITCH CONTROL' knob clockwise to slightly increase the playback speed or counter-clockwise to decrease it.
6.3 Stopping Playback and Automatic Return
- At the end of a record, the tonearm will automatically return to its rest position.
- To stop playback manually, move the tonearm lift lever to the 'UP' position, then gently guide the tonearm back to its rest.
- Switch the speed selector to 'OFF' to power down the unit.
7. Entretien
7.1 Nettoyage du stylet
A clean stylus ensures optimal sound quality and extends record life.
- Use a soft stylus brush, brushing gently from back to front (in the direction of the tonearm).
- N’exercez pas une force excessive et ne brossez pas d’un côté à l’autre.
7.2 Nettoyage du plateau tournant
- Essuyez le boîtier de la platine et le couvercle anti-poussière avec un chiffon doux, sec et non pelucheux.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish.
