The Ergotron HX Monitor Arm offers two primary mounting options: a desk clamp for surface edges and a grommet mount for installation through a surface hole. Ensure your desk surface meets the specified thickness requirements for your chosen mounting method.

5.2. Adjusting Arm Tension

If the arm does not hold its position or is too stiff to move, you may need to adjust the tension. Use the provided Allen wrench to turn the tension screw. Turn clockwise to increase tension (for heavier monitors) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (for lighter monitors). Adjust gradually until the arm holds the monitor securely in any position with minimal effort.

7. Dépannage
