2. Consignes de sécurité
Your safety is paramount. This helmet is designed to provide protection during motorcycle riding. Always wear your helmet correctly and ensure it is properly fitted.

5. Mode d'emploi
5.1 Main Visor Operation
- To open the main visor, gently lift it from the bottom edge. It can be set in multiple positions.
- To close, pull the visor down until it securely latches.
5.2 Integrated Sun Visor Operation
- To deploy the integrated sun visor, locate the slider mechanism on the left side of the helmet and slide it forward.
- To retract the sun visor, slide the mechanism backward.
5.3 Chin Bar (Modular) Operation
- To raise the chin bar, locate the release button on the underside of the chin bar (typically in the center). Press the button and lift the chin bar upwards until it locks into the open position.
- To lower the chin bar, press the release button again and gently pull the chin bar down until it securely latches into the closed position. Ensure it is fully locked before riding.

- The HJC C91 uses a quick-release buckle system. Insert the male end into the female receiver until it clicks securely.
- Adjust the strap length for a snug, comfortable fit under your chin.

6. Entretien
6.1 Visor Replacement (HJ-17 Shield)
The RapidFire Shield Replacement System allows for quick, tool-free visor changes.
- Open the main visor fully.
- Locate the release levers on both sides of the visor mechanism.
- Pull the levers to release the visor from its pivot points.
- Carefully remove the visor.
- To install a new visor, align the pivot points of the new visor with the helmet's mechanism.
- Push firmly until you hear a click, indicating it is securely latched on both sides.
- Test the visor operation to ensure proper installation.
6.2 Interior Pad Removal and Installation
The cheek and crown pads are removable and washable for hygiene.
- Gently unclip the snap fasteners holding the cheek pads in place.
- Carefully pull the cheek pads away from the helmet shell.
- For the crown pad, locate the fasteners (snaps or tabs) and detach them.
- To reinstall, reverse the steps, ensuring all fasteners are securely reattached.
6.3 Entretien et nettoyage

Your HJC C91 helmet is designed to be compatible with Smart HJC 10B or 20B Bluetooth communication systems (sold separately).
