3. Mode d'emploi

3.1 Mesure du poids

1. Placez la balance sur une surface plane et stable.
2. Step onto the scale barefoot and stand still. Ensure your feet are positioned correctly on the electrodes for body composition analysis.
3. The display will show your weight. Wait for the reading to stabilize.
4. Step off the scale. The measurement will automatically be saved and, if connected, transferred to the Microlife Connected Health+ app.

For consistent results, take measurements at the same time of day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.
