2. Mise en route : Configuration

3.2 Real-Time Temperature Measurement
Once powered on and thermocouples are connected, the device will immediately display the temperature readings for each active channel on the LCD. Ensure the correct thermocouple type (K, J, E, T) is selected in the setup menu for accurate readings.
