Instructions d'installation
- Remplir avec de l'huile de test : Unscrew the oil filler cap on the top of the unit. Using the provided refill bottle, add 10ml-20ml of test oil (Johnson's baby oil, pink label, is recommended and not included). Do not overfill.

- Install Hanger: Screw the provided hanger into the designated port on the top of the unit for convenient suspension under the vehicle's hood.

- Préparer le système du véhicule : Disconnect the intake pipe of the car or the system you intend to test. Use appropriate adapters to seal the system and connect the smoke output hose.
- Mise sous tension : Flip the "SMOKE SWITCH" to the "ON" position. The "POWER" indicator light will illuminate.
- Initiate Smoke Generation: The unit will begin generating smoke. Allow approximately 2 minutes for the smoke to fully fill the pipe system (for small vehicles; larger vehicles may take longer).

EVAP System Detection
For American cars produced after 1996, EVAP service ports are typically located in the engine compartment. Some special models may have them elsewhere.
- Locate the EVAP service port and open its plastic cover.
- Use a spool wrench to remove the check valve clockwise.
- Install the appropriate EVAP service port adapter.
- Introduce smoke from the smoke output hose into the EVAP leak detection system through the adapter.

Common Leakage Issues:
- Rupture du tuyau d'aspirateur : Can lead to a rich mixture, increased idle speed, difficulty starting when hot, engine surging during acceleration, significantly increased fuel consumption, and black smoke from the exhaust pipe.
- Blocage: May cause idle speed drift and frequent stalling at idle.

Smart Protection Features
The smoke machine is equipped with overheat and freeze protection. If the device operates for an extended period and the temperature exceeds 75°C, it will enter a self-protection state and intelligently power off. The indicator light will turn off, and smoke generation will stop until the temperature returns to a safe level. The built-in air pump can be used to cool the equipment. Do not fill oil while the unit is working.

Entretien
- Regularly check the test oil level and refill as needed.
- Ensure all connections are secure before and during operation.
