3. Installation

To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, turn the thermometer off. Then, press and hold the On-Off button for approximately 3 seconds until the unit changes on the display. Release the button, and the new unit will be set for subsequent measurements.

4.3 Last Reading Recall

When you turn on the thermometer, the last measured temperature will be displayed for a few seconds before showing 'Lo' and flashing °C or °F. This allows for quick reference of the previous reading.
