2. Consignes de sécurité

AVERTISSEMENT : Le non-respect de ces consignes de sécurité peut entraîner un incendie, une électrocution ou d'autres blessures ou dommages.

  • Always consult a professional for installation if you are not experienced with automotive electrical systems. Incorrect installation can damage the vehicle's electrical system or the camera.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the camera. This may cause damage and void the warranty.
  • Ensure all wiring is properly routed and secured to prevent interference with vehicle operation or damage from moving parts.
  • This product is intended as an aid to safe driving and does not replace the need for careful observation and judgment by the driver. Always check your surroundings directly before maneuvering your vehicle.
  • The camera is designed with IP68 water resistance. However, avoid directing high-pressure water jets directly at the camera, such as during a car wash, as this may compromise the seal over time.

Une installation correcte est essentielle pour un fonctionnement optimal. Il est recommandé de faire appel à un professionnel qualifié.

Choisissez un emplacement de montage qui offre une vue dégagée et sans obstruction view of the rear of the vehicle. Common locations include above the license plate, on the rear bumper, or integrated into a vehicle-specific mount (sold separately).

4.2 Connexions de câblage

  1. Connexion électrique : Connect the camera's power wire to a 6.0V DC power source that is activated when the vehicle is in reverse. Ensure the ground wire is securely connected to the vehicle's chassis (negative ground type). The camera operates at 6.0V DC.
  2. Connexion vidéo : Connect the RCA video output cable from the camera to the video input of your compatible monitor or head unit. The camera outputs a CVBS (NTSC Video Signal) mirror image.
  3. Acheminement des câbles : Carefully route all cables to avoid pinching, abrasion, or interference with vehicle components. Use cable ties to secure wiring.
