Configuration et assemblage
1. Déballage
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during shipping. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.
2. Assemblage de la poignée
- Slide the upper handle assembly onto the lower frame until the spring buttons engage.
- Secure the handle with the provided knobs or bolts, ensuring it is firmly in place.
3. Connecting the Spray Gun and Hose
- Connect the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet. Tighten securely, preferably with a wrench to prevent leaks.
- Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the spray gun. Ensure a tight connection.
- Insert the desired quick-change nozzle tip into the spray gun wand until it clicks into place.
4. Ajout d'huile moteur
The engine may be shipped without oil. Refer to the engine manual for specific oil type and capacity. Typically, 10W-30 oil is recommended. Do not overfill.
- Slowly add the recommended engine oil until it reaches the full mark on the dipstick.
5. Ajouter du carburant
Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 fuel. Always add fuel in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources.
- Fill the fuel tank, leaving some space for expansion. Do not overfill.
6. Raccordement de l'alimentation en eau
Connect a standard garden hose to the water inlet on the pump. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has sufficient flow. Turn on the water supply completely before starting the engine.
Opération
1. Pre-Start Checklist
- Select and install the appropriate nozzle.
2. Démarrage du moteur
- Open the fuel valve (if equipped).
- Move the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position (cold engine).

The integrated 0.5-gallon detergent tank allows for easy application of cleaning solutions.
- Fill the detergent tank with pressure washer safe detergent.
- Install the black soap nozzle onto the spray gun. This nozzle activates the detergent injector.
- Spray the detergent onto the surface to be cleaned. Allow it to soak for a few minutes (do not let it dry).
- Switch to a high-pressure nozzle (e.g., 25-degree) to rinse the surface thoroughly.
4. Nozzle Selection
The Generac 6922 includes four quick-change nozzle tips:
- 0-degree (Red): Jet précis pour un nettoyage intense des petites surfaces difficiles d'accès. À utiliser avec une extrême prudence.
- 25-degree (Green): Vaporisateur à jet plat pour le nettoyage général de la plupart des surfaces.
- 40-degree (White): Wide fan spray for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces.
5. Procédures de nettoyage
- Always start spraying with the nozzle a safe distance from the surface and move closer as needed.
- Use overlapping strokes to ensure even cleaning.

Entretien
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer. Always perform maintenance with the engine off and cool, and the spark plug wire disconnected.
1. Vidange d'huile moteur
Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first. Refer to the engine manual for detailed instructions.
3. Inspection des bougies d'allumage
Inspect the spark plug annually or every 100 hours. Clean or replace if fouled or damaged. Ensure proper gap setting.
4. Entretien de la pompe
After each use, flush the pump with clean water. For extended storage, use a pump protector to prevent freezing and corrosion.
5. Stockage
Before storing the pressure washer for an extended period:
- Drain all fuel from the tank or add a fuel stabilizer.
- Vidanger le carburateur.
- Changer l'huile moteur.
- Apply pump protector.
- Store in a clean, dry, and frost-free area.
