Physical Features and Components

Guide d'installation

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Fixez le support de bureau : Alignez le support de bureau avec les fentes situées à l'arrière du téléphone et enclenchez-le.
2. Connectez le combiné : Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).
3. Connexion au réseau (Ethernet) :
   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).
   • Branchez l’autre extrémité du câble Ethernet sur votre commutateur réseau ou votre routeur.
   • Note: If your network supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.

6. Démarrage initial : The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

Fonctions d'appel de base

• Passer un appel :
  1. Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.

  1. When the phone rings, lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press the flashing Line key.

  1. If using the handset, place it back in the cradle.

Advanced Call Functions

• Prise: Pendant un appel actif, appuyez sur la Prise soft key or dedicated Hold button. To resume, press the flashing Line key or the CV touche programmable.
• Transfert: Pendant un appel actif, appuyez sur la Transférer (Transfer) soft key or dedicated Transfer button. Dial the transfer destination number, then press the Transfert à nouveau la touche programmable.
• Conférence: Pendant un appel actif, appuyez sur la Conf (Conference) soft key or dedicated Conference button. Dial the number of the third party, and once connected, press the Conf Touche logicielle à nouveau pour rejoindre tous les partis.

Utilisation de l'écran et des touches programmables

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

Messagerie vocale

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Messagerie vocale button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Annuaire/Contacts

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Annuaire soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Cadran soft key to initiate a call.

Contrôle du volume

Adjust the volume during a call using the Augmenter le volume et Baisser le volume buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.

Entretien

Nettoyage du téléphone

• Débranchez le téléphone avant de le nettoyer.
