3.1 Inspection visuelle

Connect the PFL to a suitable anchor point using the integrated connector. Ensure the anchor point is located directly above the work area whenever possible to minimize swing fall hazards. The anchor point must be rated for fall arrest.

Attach the snap hook of the PFL's lifeline to the dorsal D-ring of a full-body harness. Ensure the snap hook is fully closed and locked. Verify that the D-ring is positioned correctly on the harness.

4.1 Utilisation générale

Once properly connected to both an anchor point and a full-body harness, the Workman Mini PFL allows for freedom of movement within its working capacity (6-ft). The lifeline will extend and retract smoothly as the user moves. In the event of a fall, the internal braking mechanism will engage, arresting the fall quickly.

5.3 Stockage

6.2 Unit Appears Damaged

If any part of the PFL shows signs of damage, deformation, corrosion, or excessive wear during inspection, remove the unit from service immediately. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.

6.3 After a Fall

IMPORTANT: If the Workman Mini PFL has been subjected to a fall arrest event, it must be immediately removed from service and destroyed. It must not be reused.
