Introduction
This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your ViewSonic VX2250WM-LED monitor. Please read these instructions carefully before using your monitor to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Instructions d'installation
1. Déballage et assemblage du support
Carefully remove the monitor and all components from the packaging. Place the monitor face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Attach the stand base to the monitor neck, ensuring it clicks securely into place or is fastened with the provided screw.

2. Câbles de connexion
Before connecting any cables, ensure both the monitor and your computer are powered off. The connection ports are located on the rear of the monitor. You may need to tilt the monitor or lay it on its face to access them easily.

- For digital connection, use the DVI cable. Connect one end to the monitor's DVI port and the other to your computer's DVI output.

- Câble audio: Connect the audio cable from your computer's audio output to the monitor's AUDIO IN port to utilize the integrated stereo speakers.

3. Mise sous tension initiale
Once all cables are securely connected, power on your computer, then press the power button on the monitor. The monitor should automatically detect the input signal. If no image appears, ensure all connections are firm and the correct input source is selected (see Operating Instructions).

Press the power button, usually located on the front or bottom right of the monitor bezel, to turn the monitor on or off.

If using a lower resolution, the monitor will still display a clear image, though some older systems may require driver installation for optimal lower resolution display.
- Rapport hauteur/largeur : The monitor features automatic aspect ratio adjustment. If your input signal is 4:3, the image will be displayed in the center of the screen with black bars on the sides, preventing stretching.

- Aucun signal / Écran noir :
Verify that the video cable (DVI or VGA) is firmly connected to both the monitor and your computer. Ensure your computer is powered on and functioning correctly. Use the monitor's input selection button to confirm the correct input source is chosen (e.g., DVI or VGA).
- Image Appears Washed Out or Incorrect Colors:
Access your computer's display settings (e.g., Windows Display Settings, Mac System Preferences) and the monitor's OSD menu to adjust brightness, contrast, and color temperature. Calibrate the display if necessary. Ensure the video cable is not loose or damaged.
- Fuzzy or Unclear Image at Lower Resolutions:
While the monitor performs well at lower resolutions, for optimal clarity, ensure your computer's display drivers are up-to-date. If using a non-native resolution, some slight blurring may occur, though this monitor is noted for maintaining clarity better than many others.
- No Audio from Integrated Speakers:
Check that the audio cable is connected from your computer's audio output to the monitor's AUDIO IN port. Verify that the volume is not muted or set too low on both the monitor's OSD and your computer's sound settings.
- Monitor Wobbles When Adjusting OSD:
This is a known characteristic due to the stand design. While it may wobble slightly when pressing OSD buttons, it does not affect the monitor's stability during normal use. Minimize interaction with OSD buttons after initial setup.
