Only the image transfer is successful at this time. The sound can only be  transmitted after the Bluetooth connection is successful.

Apple Car Play (Only some models support)

1. Wired connection: Just connect the USB data cable, and then it will auto matically enter the CarPlay interface.
2. Wireless connection: first tum on the bluetooth and wifi functions of the mobile phone. and then connect the bluetooth. Then it will automatically enter the CarPlay interface.
   (Note. The signal is transmitted through wifi at this ime, so even if the Bluetooth function is tumed off, it will be transmitted normally. When the wifi function is turned off. CarPlay will be disconnected.)

Android Auto (seuls certains modèles le prennent en charge)
Cette fonctionnalité n'est pas prise en charge dans tous les pays et « les services Google Play doivent être disponibles localement.

PROBLEMES COURANTS ET DEPANNAGE SIMPLE

Impossible de démarrer normalement

1. “Yellow” “Red” “Black’ this 3 lines only connected 2 line of them, so it will not start, it should be that the yellow line is connected to the positive pole, red line to the key control line, black to the negative pole, less connection or wrong connection does not boot.

4. Les 3 fils sont bien connectés, mais ça ne démarre pas. Vérifiez si le fusible sur la ligne jaune est cassé. S'il n'y a pas de problème avec le fusible, torsadez les fils jaune et rouge ensemble. Allumez la clé et appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation de l'appareil pour voir s'il peut être allumé.

Arrêt automatique

Il y a du bruit

1. La puissance du haut-parleur d'origine est trop faible. Lorsque le volume de l'appareil est monté. il y aura du bruit.

Le câble du haut-parleur est relié à la terre.
Solution: Prenez le câble de haut-parleur en fer. Directement connecté au câble d'enceinte de l'appareil.

La télécommande ne peut pas être utilisée

Les paramètres ne peuvent pas être enregistrés (pas de mémoire)

Bluetooth ne fonctionne pas
Allumez la machine, recherchez le nom Bluetooth de la machine à l'aide du Bluetooth du téléphone mobile, puis cliquez sur Connecter, après la connexion, vous pouvez répondre aux appels ou lire des chansons via Bluetooth.

Le produit dégage de la fumée
Remplacez le fusible FUSE, si le problème ne peut pas être résolu, le circuit interne a brûlé. Un service après-vente est nécessaire.

Le son ne peut pas être réglé

1. Veuillez réinitialiser l'appareil ou débrancher le cordon d'alimentation et le rebrancher.

FM ne reçoit pas la station de radio

1. Vérifiez si le câble du haut-parleur est court-circuité et connecté. Veuillez le reconnecter en cas de court-circuit.
2. Check how many speaker cables according to the original speaker cable if there are only 2 speaker cables, to prove that the original car line does not match our unit, you need to re-route the original car line. One speaker must lead to 2 speaker wires. 2 speakers must be have 4 speaker cables to available.

Il n'y a plus de son après un certain temps
Disconnect all the speaker cable from the unit (do not remove them), and then find an external speaker to receive the gray and purple of the tail line of the unit.Check any group, and then try to see if there is any sound If there is a sound, it is proven that the car’s speaker line is short-circuited with iron or the speaker is damaged. If there is no sound, the unit is broken.
