3. Configuration et connexion initiale
- Connexion électrique: Connect the P180 Circuit Tester to the vehicle's 9-30V DC power system using either the provided clip cable (to the vehicle battery) or the cigarette lighter cable (to the vehicle's 12V accessory socket). Ensure a secure connection.

4.1. Breakpoint Detection (Positioning)
This function helps locate open circuits in wiring.
- Plug the tip of the P180 probe into the suspected open wire.
- The P180 will send a sonic signal through the wire.
- Use the P181 Wire Finder to trace the wire. The wire finder will emit a signal that changes as you approach the breakpoint, indicating the exact location of the open circuit.

4.2. Circuit Breaker Function
The P180 is equipped with internal circuit breakers for short-circuit protection. If an overload occurs, the circuit breaker will trip to prevent damage.
