5. Mode d'emploi
5.1. Réglage de la température et de la durée
- Mise sous tension : Allumez la machine à l'aide de l'interrupteur d'alimentation.
- Température réglée : Appuyez sur le MODE button once to enter temperature setting mode. Use the PLUS (+) et MOINS (-) buttons to adjust the desired temperature (e.g., 180°C).
- Définir l'heure : Appuyez sur le MODE button again to enter time setting mode. Use the PLUS (+) et MOINS (-) buttons to adjust the desired time (e.g., 60 seconds).
- Réglage de sortie : Appuyez sur le MODE Appuyez une troisième fois sur le bouton pour quitter le mode de réglage. L'appareil commencera alors à chauffer jusqu'à la température réglée.
5.2. Sublimation Process
- Préparer la tasse : Wrap your sublimation transfer paper tightly around the mug, securing it with heat-resistant tape.
- Préchauffage : Laisser la machine atteindre la température réglée.
- Load Mug: Carefully place the prepared mug into the heating element.
- Start Press: Appuyez sur le Arrêt/Démarrage button. The pneumatic mechanism will automatically clamp the mug, and the timer will begin counting down.
- Moniteur: The machine will maintain the set temperature and pressure throughout the cycle.
- Achèvement: Once the timer reaches zero, the machine will automatically release the mug. Carefully remove the hot mug using heat-resistant gloves.
- Refroidir: Allow the mug to cool completely before removing the transfer paper.
5.3. Adjusting Pressure (Pneumatic Rate)
The ST-110 features adjustable pressure for optimal transfer results. There are two adjustment valves, one for the rate at which the mug is clamped (in) and one for the release rate (out).
- Adjust In Rate: Turn the "ENTER" valve to adjust how quickly the mug is clampéd.
- Adjust Out Rate: Turn the "OUT" valve to adjust how quickly the mug is released.
- Adjust these valves incrementally and test with a spare mug until the desired speed and pressure are achieved.

6. Entretien
- Nettoyage: Regularly wipe down the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the machine is unplugged and cool before cleaning.
- Entretien du filtre à air : The air filter (if present) should be cleaned regularly to ensure proper pneumatic function.
- Take out the air filter from the machine.
- Videz l’eau recueillie.
- Clean it regularly to improve equipment lifespan.
- Stockage: Rangez la machine dans un environnement sec et sans poussière lorsqu'elle n'est pas utilisée.

7. Dépannage
Common Issue: Inflating pump is working, but air cylinder is not going forward.
Cause possible : The solenoid valve may be stuck due to frequent pressing of the STOP button or lack of regular cleaning.
Solutions:
- Solution 1 :
- Unscrew the solenoid valve.
- Take out the air cylinder (as shown in the diagram).
- Push the air cylinder forward and backward 10 times by hand.
- Reinstall the air cylinder and solenoid valve.
- Solution 2 :
- Connect an air compressor.
- Unscrew the solenoid valve.
- Use the external air pressure to make the solenoid valve move forward and backward.
