Download the driver from the official TOPWise website. Connect your printer via USB or network, double-click the 'Topwise Printer.exe' driver file, follow the installation prompts, and print a test page to confirm success.
You can turn the printer off and back on after 10 seconds for an automatic reset. If that does not work, gently open the panel and manually rotate the white gear outward until the cutter blade fully retracts.
