To pair your meter, download the OneTouch Reveal® app on your mobile device. Enable Bluetooth on both devices. On the meter, navigate to the settings menu and select Bluetooth to turn it on. Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to locate your meter and enter the PIN displayed on the meter screen.
If control solution results are out of the expected range printed on the vial, repeat the test with a fresh drop. Ensure the meter, strips, and solution are at room temperature. If results remain out of range, do not use the system to test your blood; contact OneTouch Customer Care.
The meter typically uses a CR2032 lithium coin cell battery. Open the battery door on the back, remove the old battery, and insert the new one with the positive (+) side facing up. Snap the battery cover back into place.
